Alexander has renewed my faith in real estate agents.Nobody in Ocean City will do more to make sure your house sells. When we were selling our house in Ocean Pines, Alexander even jumped up on our roof and knocked off all of the pine needles. He knew how to get our house ready to show and as a result we saw a 30% capital gain in only 5 years. We needed a few repairs and Alexander knew who to call so that the repairs were done affordably. He was committed to doing Open Houses and whatever it took to sell.When we bought our bayfront house in Ocean City, once again, he got us through the inspection process and he knew the people to make the repairs affordable. Because of his level of service, the seller was willing to pay for inspection deficiencies.I make deals for a living so my negotiating skills were actually better than Alexander's. I live out of town and I didn't worry about traveling to do minor repairs or paint because Alexander had it covered. He would spray for weeds and do the little things that helped us get our surprise capital gain.He is the perfect agent for me because I needed superior service that goes beyond just getting the lowest price.
